Fredericktown Fitness Center has several different areas for specific workout types. Our cardio workout area is complete with treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, a stair-stepper, and a flat-screen TV for easy viewing while exercising. The back of our gym houses the main workout room, where two levels encompass a variety of free weights, weight machines, and other muscle-building equipment. For our ladies, a private room houses weight machines and equipment specifically designed for women. A 24-hour pass that will allow you anytime-access is available with your membership for an additional charge.
Fredericktown Fitness Center also has two classes ongoing--free with your gym membership! Monday through Thursday you can join instructor Sue Mitchell in our group Ladies Fitness Workout Hour. The group uses workout videos to trim and shape their way to fitness. Also, for everyone, the fitness center has a cardio-workout class, designed for losing weight and shaping muscles.

Don't forget about the tan! Fredericktown Fitness Center houses six full-service tanning beds, which range from 10-minute to 20-minute sessions. One day passes and month-long packages are available.
